Store Guide

Step 1: Choose

Go to our online LangitIlahi Store at LangitIlahi.com. Select and decide the item. Choose your item & size from our catalogue, fill in the quantity and click Add to Bag. You may choose more than one item in one session. You can drag & drop product to the shopping bag.

Step 2: View Shopping Bag

Click at the Open bag at the top section or bottom of the website. Check your item list in the shopping bag. You may change the quantity & size here. If you want to add another item, you can click ‘continue shopping’ at the bottom side and choose your item. You also can clear the bag. You can add Coupon code or Discount Code to the area, if don’t have, just leave it blank.

Step 3: Delivery Address

Click Checkout. If you are already a registered customer, please log in with your username and password. If this is your first time shopping with Langit Ilahi, please click ‘Register’. All login & register button at the top of website menu beside “Welcome Guess”. Please fill the address where you want us to deliver your items only if it is different with your address when you registered with us. The system will advise you the shipping method with cost for your order.

Step 4: Payment Method

Choose payment method and enter the billing address. Take note the instruction given. Click Continue again and the system will generate the invoice and please print it for your copy. Please review the information there, then click “Place Order”. Take note at the Order ID at the header of the invoice. Example: Order #422

Step 5: Make Payment

Make a payment using the method that you choose before. Please kindly make payment within 48 hours after placing order. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 48 hours upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment. Please print your receipt. We may need you to provide payment proof if we need further verification of your payment.

Step 6: Payment Prove

Fill in our Payment Form. You can either copy & paste, scan, print screen or capture image of your bank receipt and attach them using this Payment Form. We will deliver after we receives the payment details or payment prove only using our payment form.

Step 7: Shipping

Thank you for your order! We will notify your payment receipt and please wait for your item. You can track the progress of your order in Your Account section. We will complete and deliver your order within 2 or 3 working days after receive the payment prove. Wait for the order to delivered.

Please fill in the details & transaction will be processed by PayPal.
You will received an email confirmation once you payment has been successful via email.

What is Pre-Order

1. A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released.
2. Pre-Order item at LangitIlahi Store have title that start with “Pre-Order” or at their size of LangitIlahi Clothing.
3. Please kindly make payment within 48 hours after placing order. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 48 hours upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment.
4. Production will start after we close Pre-Order at our online store. Production process normally take about 2 week or more and we will deliver your Pre-Order item after production finish.
5. Estimate time for delivery is about 2 week after Pre-Order Close
